Release Notes

* Added a new common task property `OutVariable` for redirecting a task's output to a Whiskey variable.
* Fixed: Whiskey failed to retrieve API key values from context object on non-Windows platforms running PowerShell 7.0+.
* Added a `ScriptBlock` property to the `PowerShell` task for defining a block of PowerShell code in the `whiskey.yml` for the task to run.
