PowerShell WSL focused utility module

This project is a collection of PS commands to assist in mounting of Azure Blob NFS storage containers through the WSL in Windows.

Compacts system `vhdx` files for all WSL Distributions, Docker Distributions, and any other folders defined via `$Env:WSL_FOLDERS` using the native Windows `diskpart` command line tool.

A PowerShell module that derives from personal scenarios, can help users configure the Windows PCs easily to realize many useful operations, involving authorization, env, links, proxy, etc. Some features are also available on WSL2, Linux, and MacOS.
