## New Features
- Get-PmLicense: New cmdlet that returns tenant-level license inventory (allocated / inUse / total per UserBundle). Parameters: -License / -Code (wildcards, tab completion), -Path, -HasCapacity (allocated < total). Includes a formatted view with a usage bar.

- Rewrote about_UiPathOrch help topic to reflect the current feature set.

## Bug Fixes
- Suppress spurious PipelineStoppedException in WriteError when using Select-Object -First.

- Fixed Import-OrchQueueItem double-serialization bug.

- NavigationCmdletProvider review fixes: GetChildNames now writes the correct name / full-path / isContainer values, GetChildItems / GetChildNames honor Stopping mid-loop, GetItem has null guards, empty RenameItem / RemoveItem overrides were removed so the base class throws PSNotSupportedException, and several cmdlets gained [OutputType(typeof(void))].
