- `Get-UriWebRc` returned nothing instead of the documented `-1` on network failures (DNS, connection refused...) under PowerShell 7
- `Download-File` returned `$null` when the file already existed or the URL was not available; a warning is now emitted when the download is skipped
- `Download-FileWithRC` could attempt to write to the filesystem root when `-To` was not specified; `-To` now defaults to the current location
- `ConvertTo-QueryString` silently dropped values of numeric types other than `int` / `long` (double, decimal, byte...)
- `ConvertTo-QueryString` did not URL-encode keys and values (spaces, `&`, `=` produced invalid query strings)
- `ConvertTo-QueryString` JSON round-trip reordered plain hashtables alphabetically and coerced numeric-looking strings into numbers; the round-trip is removed
- `ConvertTo-QueryString` scalar values are now formatted with the invariant culture (no more locale-dependent `1,5`)
