### Added
- `file-from-template` step action : renders an external template file into
 the destination tree (mustache on paths and content). A relative `source`
 is resolved against the pkgdef file's directory (`{{ PKGDEFDIR }}` is now
 part of the mustache table when installing with `-Path`) ; an absolute
 source is used as-is.
### Changed
- Step action `file` renamed to `file-content` : the old name is still
 accepted but emits a deprecation warning ; it will be removed in a future
 release.
- Target attribute `distro` renamed to `distrib` : the `-Distro` parameter
 becomes `-Distrib` and the `{{ DISTRO }}` mustache variable becomes
 `{{ DISTRIB }}`.
- The `exec-scriptblock` `variable` name is now normalized to uppercase,
 matching the mustache values table convention (uppercased keys).
### Fixed
- `Test-GenericPackageDefinition` : the gitlab-artifact coherence check was
 unreachable (a dead switch case shadowed by the generic github/gitlab match)
 and never ran ; a missing `artifact` block or an incomplete `ref`/`job`
 locator is now reported.
- Path resolution in step actions and the `file-exists` check : an absolute
 path is now used as-is instead of being joined to `-DestinationPath`,
 which doubled its leading part (e.g. `/dest` + `/dest/app.bin`). Also :
 `exec` `workingDir`, `mkdir` `path` and `unzip` `destination` are now
 mustache-rendered, as documented.
