Microsoft's retirement of SMS and voice authentication, and who is not.
 - Notice with Microsoft's published dates and the days left.
 - Cards: ready users, SMS or voice only, no MFA, and admins relying only on SMS or voice.
   Every card, bar segment and method opens the list of users.
 - ES / EN switch inside the report.
Read-only: it changes nothing in the tenant. It runs locally and sends no data anywhere except to Microsoft Graph.
Microsoft leaves disabled and recently deleted accounts out of this report. Only internal users (tenant members) are analysed; guest accounts are always left out.
