New-AaddsReplicaSet

Adds an Azure AD Domain Service replica set to the designated Resource Group, Virtual Network, and Subnet.
The cmdlet creates the Resource Group, Virtual Network, Subnet, the network security group needed for
the replica set, and peers the virtual network with the Azure AD Domain Service virtual network before
creating the replica set.
