DataAgent is a minimum (0.5.0), not an exact pin. A job that imports a newer DataAgent first runs on that one, so a feed can move DataAgent without a release of this module. Proven on DataAgent 0.6.0: every state's return and reports are byte for byte the same as on 0.5.0.
