### Added

- `Get-PSDataverseKey -Name <key>` reads one alternate key on its own through
`RetrieveEntityKeyRequest`. Until now the only way to see an index status was to list a table''s
keys - a read that comes back with no keys at all on Dataverse for Teams even where keys exist -
or to ask `Enable-PSDataverseKey` for a rebuild and watch what it said. There was no read-only
answer to the one question that matters, and the states need opposite responses: `Pending` is a
service that is behind and data that is fine, `Failed` is duplicates in the column.
- The listing path asks for `EntityFilters. All` instead of `EntityFilters.Entity`. Entity-level
metadata does not reliably carry `Keys`, which is how this cmdlet came to report a working key as
absent; `All` is a superset, so it can only return more, at the cost of a larger payload that a
diagnostic cmdlet can afford. Where the answer has to be certain, `-Name` is the one to use.

### Fixed

- `Enable-PSDataverseKey` reads the index status before acting. Dataverse accepts a reactivation
only for a failed job and answers `Reactivate entity key is only supported for failed job`
otherwise, so asking regardless turned the ordinary case - an index still being built - into a
service message that read like a fault. An Active index is now reported as already built, a Failed
one is reactivated, and one still building is waited for rather than reactivated. Hit on
production while rescuing a key whose index had not finished in 300 s.
- The resource test enumerates the resx instead of listing its entries by hand. The list had fallen
behind twice over: every string added for the batch and the key cmdlets was uncovered.
