### Fixed

- `-UseWebApi` sends a value shaped like the column that receives it. The SOAP endpoint coerces on
 the way in and the OData endpoint does not, so one operation through one cmdlet behaved
 differently depending on this switch: an integer into a text column answered `Cannot convert a
 value of type 'Edm.Int32' to the expected target type 'Edm.String'` - and because one bad part
 refuses the whole batch, 900 good rows failed with it. A production load of 181,000 rows died on
 exactly that after 62,100 rows had gone in cleanly. Two paths of one cmdlet must not differ in
 what they accept.
- The column types come from the metadata read that already fetched the entity set name, so this
 costs no extra round trip. A value that cannot be converted, and a column whose type is unknown,
 are sent as they came: the service then reports the problem against the row it belongs to rather
 than this code hiding it.
