## Financial Package Details and Instructions
1. Open and run PowerShell as an administrator. Make sure you're running the latest version
of PowerShell (7.0.3 or later). Refer to [latest versions supported](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exchange/exchange-online-powershell-v2?view=exchange-ps#install-and-maintain-the-exchange-online-powershell-module).
2. Copy and paste the following command
    Install-Module -Name FinancialPackage.PowershellGalleryModule
to install this package into PowerShell.
        * If you receive a message to confirm the installation of the module, select [A] for all then enter.
3. Next, copy the following command
    Initialize-FinancialPackage
and run it after the module has finished installing.
4. You will be prompted for your admin credentials, enter your admin ID and password as prompted.
5. Records will be created with a default prefix of "USFIN ". The prefix can be modified
allowing you to easily identify your new records/package.
The prefix options supports the ability to create other packages but requires the admin to modify
content accordingly to support other verticals (for example HR package).
6. Once the PowerShell has been executed, a Windows pop-up screen will display the records
created and links to the admin portals where the records can be found.
7. Select the Close button when complete and this will end the PowerShell session.
8. Your financial package has been created and will need to be configured to your
    organization's preferences.
## To configure label policy
1. Go to the [Microsoft Purview compliance portal](https://compliance.microsoft.com/homepage).
2. Under Data loss prevention, select Policies.
3. Review all ten DLP policies created.  Edit and complete as needed.
4. Under Information protection, select Label policies.
5. On the Label policies page, locate the new Label Policy and select to Edit policy. Here you
will be able to review the parameters of the policy created.
6. Go through the edit policy prompts to customize the parameters for your organizational
needs to complete the policy configurations.
By default, the labels within the policy are set to the default user entered. We recommend
publishing the policy to a certain group for testing before making any
    org-wide changes.
7. When finished editing the policy, on the Label policies page you will notice the priority
settings of policy created by the package is set to the highest. Use the ellipses next to the
number within the column to adjust priority levels per org settings.
