Release Notes

## 0.1.1
- The package carries the help of every command, which 0.1.0 lost when the build merged the functions into one file

## 0.1.0
- Calendars from plain-text holiday files (ISO dates, optional non-working weekdays or NoWeekend), from lists of dates, or Saturday and Sunday only by default
- A calendar covers from its first holiday to its last
- Default calendar from Set-WorkdayCalendar or the WORKDAY_CALENDAR environment variable
- Joint calendars: a day is a workday only if it is a workday in all of them
- Test-Workday, Test-NextDayIsWorkday, Test-PreviousDayIsWorkday
- Get-NextWorkday, Get-NextOrSameWorkday, Get-PreviousWorkday, Get-PreviousOrSameWorkday
- Add-Workday, Add-CalendarDay (with Following, Preceding and Modified conventions), Get-WorkdayDelta
- Get-FirstWorkdayInMonth, Get-LastWorkdayInMonth, Get-NthWorkdayInMonth, Get-Workday
- An error about a date (outside the calendar, a month without workdays) stops the command by default and follows -ErrorAction when it is given; every error has a stable id
- Holiday files are parsed once, and again only when their content changes
