v1.4.0 — Added Invoke-ADRealtimeHeartbeat (lightweight 30-60s per-DC heartbeat, state-diffed email/Slack alerting) and Get-DCDecommissionReadiness (pre-decommission readiness scan: FSMO, replication, DNS/SYSVOL/DFSR, trusts, GC status). Removed Get-GPOInventory (superseded by Get-GPOInventoryWithSettings). Fixed Get-AccountLockoutReport producing no output with default -TempPath/-SharedPath. Fixed Register-ADOpsKitScheduledTasks silently misresolving unqualified service account names to local accounts, and weekly schedules only allowing a single day of week.
