In order to encrypt the database encryption key with an asymmetric key, you must use an asymmetric key that resides on an extensible key management provider. .PARAMETER InputObject Enables pipeline input from Get-DbaDatabase .PARAMETER Force By default, this command will not encrypt a database unless the cert has been backed up Use Force to enable encryption even though the specified cert has not been backed up .PARAMETER EnableException By default, when something goes wrong we try to catch it, interpret it and give you a friendly warning message. This avoids overwhelming you with "sea of red" exceptions, but is inconvenient because it basically disables advanced scripting. Using this switch turns this "nice by default" feature off and enables you to catch exceptions with your own try/catch. .PARAMETER WhatIf Shows what would happen if the command were to run.
