Sets the page file removes all most all apps EveryDayUser - Disables Ads, Removes all most all apps and Sets the page file size .PARAMETER StartMenuLayout Specifyes the xml file for the start menu layout, Only new users on the device will get the layout Accounts that already exist will not see a change.
