   USE THIS FUNCTION TO RETRIEVE POLICY DETAILS FROM DPA

   If -token is not passed, function will use last known hashtable generated by New-VPASToken
.PARAMETER PolicyID
   UniqueID of the target policy in DPA

   Unique name of the target policy in DPA
