    Fully qualified domain names to assign to the application

    .PARAMETER IPRange
    IP ranges to assign to the application

    .PARAMETER Port

    .PARAMETER VenafiSession
    Authentication for the function.
    The value defaults to the script session object $VenafiSession created by New-VenafiSession.
    A VaaS key can also provided.
