v0.2.2: new `tstyles register` subcommand auto-writes the Import-Module loader to both PowerShell engines' $PROFILE files (with a confirm prompt). Closes the manual-edit gap for PSGallery installs. Idempotent; -Force replaces. Purely additive -- existing behavior unchanged.
