Run the Source-Discovery-Bounded semantic indexing ingestion pipeline using the new direct pipeline API.
Requirements: - Use ingestion mode: full - Use checkpoint path: C:\repos\TechToolbox\artifacts\semantic-indexing\runtime\source-discovery-checkpoint.json - Execute via the pipeline method that emits summary artifacts. - Write Markdown run summary to: C:\repos\TechToolbox\artifacts\semantic-indexing\runtime\source-discovery-run-summary.md - Also write JSON sidecar to: C:\repos\TechToolbox\artifacts\semantic-indexing\runtime\source-discovery-run-summary.json - Return a concise outcome with discovered/upserted/deleted counts and whether scan was authoritative. - Do not run performance/load tests. |
