function Get-AzureResourceRoles { <# .SYNOPSIS [PLANNED FEATURE] Retrieves Azure resource roles for a user from all accessible subscriptions. .DESCRIPTION This feature is planned for a future release and is not currently implemented. When implemented, it will get both active and eligible Azure resource roles using the Az PowerShell modules. The function will iterate through all available subscriptions and retrieve PIM-eligible and PIM-activated role assignments for the specified user. .PARAMETER UserId The user ID to retrieve roles for. .EXAMPLE Get-AzureResourceRoles -UserId "user@domain.com" Will retrieve all Azure resource roles when this feature is implemented. .OUTPUTS System.Object[] Currently returns an empty array.
