When the publish workflow cannot prove which commit that is, it stops and says how to set the tag by hand, instead of tagging another commit. Azure roles (`Get-`, `Enable-` and `Disable-OPIMAzureRole`, and the Azure part of `pim` and `unpim`) now sign in with AzAuth and send their requests themselves instead of through the Az modules'' commands. The Azure sign-in, in the system browser or with a device code, no longer reuses or ends an Az context of yours: a `Connect-AzAccount` session is left alone. Its token must be for the Graph session''s tenant and account, else `TenantMismatch` or the new `AccountMismatch`, and nothing is sent. Output keeps its property names, but Az''s .NET type names are gone: a script that tested `-is` against an Az type checks `$Obj.PSObject.TypeNames -contains ''Omnicit.PIM.AzureEligibilitySchedule''` (or another `Omnicit.PIM.Azure*` name) instead. `Disconnect-OPIM` clears the module''s Azure token, but not AzAuth''s own sign-in in the PowerShell process. Omnicit.PIM no longer depends on the Az modules. Installing it brings AzAuth (2.9.0 or later) and Microsoft.Graph.Authentication instead of Az.Resources and Az.Accounts, and importing it loads no Az module. A script that used an Az.Resources or Az.Accounts command only because this module brought it along must now install and import that module itself. The module now requires PowerShell 7.4 or later, which AzAuth needs: on PowerShell 7.2 or 7.3 it no longer imports. Microsoft Graph requests now wait out throttling that outlasts the Graph SDK''s own retries. A request Graph answers with 429 is sent again after the wait Graph names in `Retry-After`, or after a short, growing wait when it names none; a read answered with 503 and a `Retry-After` is sent again the same way. A change such as an activation is sent again only after a 429, which Graph returns before it acts on the request. Each wait lasts at most two minutes, and a request waits at most five minutes in all, with at most ten retries; a list read page by page stops waiting after fifteen minutes. When they run out, the command fails with the same error as before. A token Graph rejects is now refreshed once also when the rejection arrives inside the Graph SDK''s own retry error. Omnicit.PIM now also signs in to the US Government clouds and the China cloud. `Connect-OPIM`, `Enable-OPIMMyRole` (`pim`) and `Disable-OPIMMyRole` (`unpim`) take `-Environment` with `Global` (the default, which is also the cloud of a Microsoft 365 GCC tenant), `USGov` (GCC High), `USGovDoD` (DoD) or `China` (21Vianet), and the sign-in and every Microsoft Graph and Azure Resource Manager request then go to that cloud. Without `-Environment`, a command for the session''s tenant keeps the session''s cloud, a command for any other tenant uses `Global`, and naming another cloud signs in again. `Install-` and `Set-OPIMConfiguration` take `-Environment` too and store it on the tenant alias when it is not `Global`, so `Connect-OPIM`, `pim` and `unpim` with `-TenantAlias` sign in to the alias''s cloud (`Global` when it stores none); a stored cloud the module does not know is an error, and nothing is signed in. A 0.6.x module ignores the stored cloud and signs in to the global cloud, where the tenant does not exist, so its sign-in fails; it also writes the map back without the cloud of every alias whenever it changes it (`Install-`, `Set-` or `Remove-OPIMConfiguration`), as do the earlier 0.7.0 previews, and this version then signs in to `Global` for those aliases. Only `Global` is verified live: the three sovereign clouds are covered by unit tests only and are untested live, and a China sign-in may need an application of the tenant''s own, which the module does not yet take.
