.SYNOPSIS

    Placeholder command for the OMG.PSUtilities.VSphere module.

.DESCRIPTION

    The OMG.PSUtilities.VSphere module is currently under development and does not

    yet expose functional commands. This placeholder ensures the function that is

    declared in the module manifest actually exists at runtime, so importing the

    module and inspecting its exported commands behaves predictably instead of

    silently exporting a missing command.

    Calling this command throws a NotImplementedException to make the module status

    explicit to callers and automation.

.EXAMPLE

    New-OMGPSUtilitiesVSphere

    Throws a NotImplementedException indicating the module is under development.
