OMP ignores both fields — the no-commit rule stays prompt-only there; instruments documents the opt-in session-wide `bash.patterns` deny with its caveats (blocks main-session commits too; project patterns replace global ones). ### Changed - orchestrate failure handling: isolated spawns (OMP workspace isolation, Claude Code worktree isolation) skip the surgical discard — a failed isolated play never touched the shared tree; the harness discards the workspace. The Execution Substrate blocks document this per harness. ### Migration - Frontmatter additions are inert on existing installs until the next installer run copies the updated agents; re-run the installer to gain enforcement.
