## Kaden 0.1.3-beta

First public Gallery beta of the Kaden harness module. Install with Install-Module Kaden -AllowPrerelease, then initialize a child repo with Initialize-KadenRepo (six-word beta invitation required).

### What you get

- Apply shared harness scripts, AI agent surfaces, and operator docs into a child repository without private-source credentials.

- Update later with Update-Module Kaden and Update-KadenRepo; Get-KadenVersion tells you when an update is due.

- If an update is interrupted, Repair-KadenRepo can Resume or Restore from the journaled prior state.

- The packaged payload is the real committed source groups (scripts, .github, .cursor, docs/kaden, AI overlays), not a stub marker.

### This beta

- Still releaseChannel beta: New-KadenBetaInvitation acknowledgement is required to initialize.

- Stricter payload checks before any child files change; backup and replacement intent is recorded before those mutations so recovery has something durable to read.

- A later GA (general availability) release can initialize without the invitation and does not revoke or disable this beta install.
