Creates advanced VPN Connection. This is built with Meraki VPN connections in mind but should be able to create any VPN connection other than EAP current as that requires additional input for certificates.

This tool has only been currently tested for Meraki L2TP connections.

       Fixed issue with improper importing of module,. Sorry.

       This version now includes the ability to choose between different AuthMethods, EncryptionLevels and TunnelTypes. Annoying dependency message is gone as the Create-AdavancedVPNConnection method will automatically look for the VPNCredentialsHelper module and install as needed.
